In order to obtain an admission schedule, expected treatment costs as well as hospital records provided to apply for a visa, patients need to conduct an alternative or telemedicine examination in advance with the professor to apply for a treatment appointment and an invitation letter from the professor. Please provide complete medical history and treatment history in Vietnam to the coordinator to support the substitution/telemedicine visit first. After an admission schedule, the LIVE AGAIN coordinator will inform the patient’s family and assist with next preparations.
Yes, the professor will give a reference treatment regimen and answer questions around the patient’s health, but in order for the professor to give the most detailed regimen for himself, the patient and his family, please provide a complete medical record and treatment process in Vietnam to the support coordinator.

Yes, LIVE AGAIN will prepare notarized translation documents on behalf of patients and family members, we will authorize the coordinator to apply for visas for patients and family members.
Replacement costs are fully summarized and clearly reported to the patient’s family.

LIVE AGAIN will find and reserve rooms near the hospital, or at the patient’s requested location at the patient’s desired price, supporting transportation from the airport to the hotel/hospital.
