After the consultation, Live Again will collect the patient’s medical records. Based on the specific case and the medical documents provided, we will advise whether additional examinations or tests are needed to ensure the most accurate diagnosis.
Once the necessary documents are complete and the patient agrees to provide their information, the Live Again coordination team will translate the patient’s medical records from Vietnamese to Korean, completely free of charge. This ensures that doctors have a clear understanding of the patient’s condition, helping to make the medical examination and treatment process more accurate and convenient.
After translating the medical records and any related documents required by the hospital, Live Again will send all patient records to the hospital and register the patient’s information.
