QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS ABOUT INFERTILITY TREATMENT – OVULATION INJECTION
  1. After ovulation injection, if you have 2 lines, are you pregnant or not?

The injection causes the follicle to burst, so you may see two lines on the pregnancy test for 14 days after the injection. If after 14 days the test still shows 2 lines, you may be pregnant.

  1. Is it okay if I inject 1 hour late?

You should inject at a certain time of the day, but if it’s 1-2 hours later, that’s okay.

  1. I forgot to inject on the left or right side of my abdomen yesterday, what should I do?

It’s okay, because consecutive injections on the same side will not affect the effectiveness. Just avoid bruising at the injection site.

  1. If there is bleeding when injected, do you know if the medicine has been absorbed?

Bleeding may be due to poking a blood vessel. Rubbing can cause bruising, so apply gentle pressure with an alcohol swab, the bleeding will stop and the medicine will be absorbed.
